As a senior executive service member (ret) and USAF veteran, Mr. Gardner has over 30 years of experience transforming large, geographically dispersed classified and unclassified federal IT organizations. He drove national agency innovation agendas and delivered operational excellence and readiness for IT portfolios ranging from $475 million to 1.2 billion dollars in annual spending to protect citizens' lives and property across the United States and its territories. Gardner is a proud member of the Tuskegee University ROTC Hall of Fame and was commissioned into the USAF in 1986 (Detachment 015), upholding the Tuskegee Airmen's legacy of the highest standards.
